Welcome to Harvest Church of Southern Illinois!

We’re glad you’re here and hope to help you as you learn about our church. At Harvest we exist to adore Jesus, advance believers, and assist the community. We carry that mission out through the three pillars of our church: Worship, Life Groups, and Servant Teams. These pillars are seen in God’s Word as essential in the life of a Christ-follower’s spiritual journey. We invite you to discover these pillars and join us in this mission.

What time are your worship services?

We gather for worship service at 10:00 AM on Sunday Mornings. We invite you to join us before service for a coffee fellowship that begins at 9:30 AM.

How long does worship service last?

Our worship service begins at 10:00 AM and usually lasts until 11:30 AM.

Where should I park?

We have parking for new guests, handicapped and if you have children birth-3 years old, please follow the signs around the south side of the building and enter at our Sprouts area.

What should I wear?

Whether you prefer shorts or a suit, you are invited to join us as you are. Our regular attendees and members tend to dress pretty casual.

What can I expect in a worship service?

You’ll find our worship to be simple, serious, and joyful. The focus of our worship is the Lord Jesus Christ. During our services you’ll find we are committed to the public reading of Scripture, to prayer, to singing, and to preaching.

Do you have a nursery available for infants and young children?

Yes, we have a nursery ministry called Sprouts available for infants and young children ages, birth – 3 years.

Do you have a special service for children?

We believe that parents and guardians are the best people to demonstrate the life of a Christ-follower in the home. Churches provide the context and leaders to resource and equip them with the tools to do it. Therefore we encourage children of all ages to be present in worship with their parents. During worship we have a 5-10 minute children’s message. In addition, resources (Harvest Kids Connect Packs) are available in service to help even the littlest member of your family connect with God in worship.
