Harvest will provide a snack for each child during the hours of VBS.
When I arrive at Harvest, where do I go?
Come in through the front doors and register your child at our registration area. We will be using the check-in system that is used for Harvest Kids and Awana. Your child will receive a sticker name tag that has a code on it which will match a ticket the parent/guardian will be given. This ticket is required to pick up your child at the end of each of VBS. Each day, you get a new name tag and a new ticket.
When I pick up my child(ren), what do I need to do?
At 8pm, come in through the front doors and present your ticket. your child's name tag(s) and the ticket must be turned in together.
Why do i need to register my child?
Registration at VBS allows the teachers to see your child's name on their name tag, as well as gives us information to get ahold of you in case of an emergency. it also allows us to be safe during the check-out stage of the night, ensuring every child is sent home with the right person.
