Pursuing The Wanderer

Many people don't walk away from the local church--or even faith in Jesus, for that matter-- because they're angry, disappointed, disillusioned, etc. Rather, many move to a new town or get a new work schedule or have a growing family dynamic that simply changes their church-going routine, and...they find to their surprise they often don't miss the local church. Add to that the ability to watch (their favorite) church worship service online, and you have a recipe for no longer valuing the local "ekklesia".

But the local church is God's idea! Gathering with believers routinely is how we best engage with God , support suffering believers, and learn to follow Jesus more effectively...and more joyously!
