The Old Testament rarely speaks of eternal life, yet this was a major theme of Jesus' teachings in the New Testament. The apostle Paul later wrote that Jesus is the "first fruits" in the life of the Christian, and today we learn how all the Old Testament and New Testament come together to paint a beautiful picture of eternal life.
