The Glory Has Departed

Today we learn what it's like to fearfully live under the constant impending judgment of God. Often we take our 'shortcomings and mistakes' lightly; God calls our rebellious thoughts, words, and actions "sins" and judges appropriately.

Through this story we learn that God will not be ignored, manipulated, or mocked...but He is also full of compassion for His people! He has provided for us an escape from this "sin judgment" through the person and work of Jesus Christ! Praise God!
