Born Again

Have you ever met someone so physically changed you almost didn't recognize them? If you listen to their story, they'll often tell you of a "moment of decision" that set them on a totally new trajectory.

God does this in our lives, too, except it's a change of heart performed by the Holy Spirit. Jesus called this being "born again" and sometimes we hear it referenced as "being saved" or "having a regenerate heart".

Today we learn how the Holy Spirit brings us to life, giving us "spiritual eyes" to see the Kingdom of God and entering into it. For that to happen, we need to be completely renewed from the inside out; in other words, "born again".
